Who Are We?
Echo Active is run by David Hack, photographer, traveller and nature lover. David has worked as a lawyer and in government and has run a tutoring agency. He's volunteered with the Wilderness Society and been involved in the push to create a Great Forest National Park. David regularly visits Toolangi, home of the Leadbeater's Possum.
EA was created on the lands of the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation (Narrm or Melbourne), a people whose sovereignty has never been ceded. We pay respect to their elders, past, present and emerging and acknowledge the pivotal role that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders have in Australia and that first nations people have around the globe.
